Just finished. It’s a nice little “side site” built on WordPress. There’s still a few layout issues to deal with over the next week, but I’m pretty happy with it.

I’ve been whipping out some serious logos this week.
I may have earned the title “logo toaster”.

I’m a sucker for both Mid-Century Modern, Pre-Fab construction, and life without neighbors.
I love this! I want to live here oh so badly.

And while we’re at it – you might as well Google John Lautner.
This guy took what FLW had taught him and, in my opinion, surpassed him.
(Though, I may be biased, cause my Dad had the opportunity to work with him.)

I rarely refer to myself as an “artist”. I’m a commercial designer. Artists do what they do for fun in their spare time. Me… I’d prefer working on bikes, my bronco, going for a ride, geeking out on sci-fi, etc.

But now I can say I AM art!

Cay Brøndum IS an artist, from Denmark, that also has a passion for two wheeled death machines. After a few emails back and forth, I discovered he’d found a shot of me in a magazine that was taken while riding through Long Beach. I guess the idea of riding on a warm Southern California day, in the middle of winter inspired the painting. Regardless, the painting is insanely cool, and I wish I could afford to buy it from him.
