I’m Derol Frye. I’m a graphic designer and a motorcycle enthusiast. Sometimes, well mostly, not in that order. Because of that, my site may often have less to do with design, and more to do with bikes… but really, it’s all about design.

There is an amazing amount of aesthetic quality to each and every motorcycle thats built… both in garage built bikes, and production bikes. And I think what I enjoy the most about them, is how function MUST supersede form, lest the rider end up in a tree. However, in overcoming that equation, one can end up with quite an outcome. It’s a perfect litmus test of balance… one I fight with constantly.

I’m hoping that these pages will give the viewer a little more insight to the work I do, and the personality I am… however, I’m a little worried about that last part, as I don’t think I’m as piss and vinegar as I may come across in my rants. I just tend to write when I have a gripe. Otherwise, I’m happily working away on my next project – Ad, Web Site, Bike… etc.
